Synopsis:

It’s been 10 years since the massacre in Halloween 1 & 2 took place, and Michael Myers has been in a coma ever since. While being transferred from one sanitarium to another, he wakes up in the ambulance, kills the paramedics in it, and escapes! When Dr. Loomis finds out about this, he’s horrified that Michael might be on his way back to Haddonfield to kill his 7-year-old niece, Jamie. She’s living with her foster family, the Carruthers, after her mother, Laurie Strode, is believed to have died in a car accident.

At first, no one believes him, but Dr. Loomis is, of course, right, and it’s now up to him and Rachel, the Carruthers’ teenage daughter, to protect Jamie from her murderous, and seemingly indestructible, uncle!
