In this episode, the Retro Movie Geek crew is geeking out over

  • I’m Gonna Git You Sucka!
  • political correctness
  • Richard Pryor
  • Damon Wayans
  • Swamp Ass (the new rockabilly, banjo band Darrell, Peter, and Joel “Douchenozzle Magee” Robertson [aka Chin Strap] are debuting at a county fair near you)
  • and more!

Synopsis:

After finding out about the death of his kid brother, Jack Spade (played by Keenen Ivory Wayans) returns home from the army, to his old neighborhood. It’s determined that the cause of death is “OG” (Over Gold), which basically means that Jack’s brother, Junebug, was found covered with gold chains, medallions and what-not. We find out that it’s a powerful crime lord, Mr. Big (played by John Vernon), who’s responsible for overflowing the streets with gold chains, causing young kids to “OG”.

Jack seeks out one of his childhood heroes, John Slade (played by Bernie Casey), and asks for his help to take down Mr. Big and stop the gold from spreading. Together they gather a small “army” consisting of a bunch of relics… tough guys from the 70’s. All of them have colorful names like Hammer, Slammer, Flyguy, and my personal favorite… Kung Fu Joe, and together they set out to clean up the streets of their old neighborhood!
