Synopsis:

The Beast of War is a powerful and emotionally charged portrait of a young soldier caught in a battlefield between his conscience and his country.

The story begins in a barren desert, as a remote Afghan village is destroyed by a ruthless Russian commander, and his crew, who man a seemingly invincible tank. Unable to justify his leader’s brutality, the tank driver (Jason Patric) rebels and is labeled a traitor, and left to die in the scorching sun.

In an ironic act of humanity, the driver is rescued by an enemy leader, and together, the unlikely allies set out to destroy the tank they’ve named THE BEAST!
